ASK Property Management is a family owned business with over 30 years of property management experience. The company was founded in the early 1980's with the owners being Art, Sean and Korey Bannerman. Within our company we employ a staff of professional property managers, accountants, office staff and maintenance technicians with our office being located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Our company manages about 25 condo/town home associations. We use professional professionsl management software system that processes revenue reveneue and expenses, and provides numerous financial and management reports.
We are a small company but take huge pride in managing our properties. We spend your money like it is ours and give you the type of individual service you deserve.
You will find that we are a hands on company and very pro-active, we don't sit and wait for things to occur before we address them. We make every attempt to identify potential problems before they happen. Rest assure that we will go that extra mile for you to reduce cost whenever possible.
Our office staff consists of: 3 Administrative/accounting personnel, 3 Maintenance technicians, 7 Property managers each with an average number of properties of 4.5 under their supervision with 100% of the company resources devoted solely to Property Management.
