The information on this application is supplied to Management to induce them to rent to me and is true and correct in all respects. I authorized the verification of all information and references given. Applicant understands and agrees this is not a lease but only an application that may be accepted or rejected by Management. In making this application, applicant agrees to enter into a rental agreement when the application is accepted by the owner or owner´s agent. Any deposit paid will be credited to the applicant upon acceptance. If applicant is not accepted because the applicant gave incorrect or misleading information or had a change of mind after making application any money paid as a deposit to reserve, security deposit or first month´s rent is non-refundable and will be retained by Management. If Management cannot furnish the apartment to the Approved Applicant at the start of the lease due to reasons beyond the Management´s control, Approved Applicant agrees Management cannot be sued for any resulting damages. However, Approved Applicant will not start paying rent until (s)he takes possession of the apartment.
