If the prospective tenant is declined residency by Management, for any reason, the deposit to reserve is fully refundable.  However, in the event the prospective tenant changes his/her mind towards renting after signing this deposit to reserve form, or gives false or misleading information on his/hers rental application the deposit paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
