MOVE-OUT NOTICE DATE_________________ TO: MANAGEMENT I _________________________________(Name) am giving my notice to vacate my apartment #_____ at ____________________________________ on _________________. The date given above is the actual date when I will be completely moved out of the apartment. I realize from now until I vacate the apartment I will be giving access to the management to show my apartment to prospective tenants and will keep the apartment clean and orderly. I also realize that I must be out by 12 noon on the last day of the month or I will be charged $20 per hour or a partial thereof for any time stayed past 12 noon. I agree to have the apartment completely vacated and the keys returned to the management before noon. If I wish to cancel or extend my notice to vacate, I will contact the management immediately, either in person or in writing, however, I realize that if my apartment has been re-rented after this request for cancellation, it may be impossible for the management to grant me this request. I agree that during the remainder of my stay I am still liable to follow all of the rules of the lease. All of the provisions must be fulfilled before any deposit is returned. Unless another time is agreed upon, Management will be at your apartment between 8 AM and 12 noon on the last day of the month for a brief inspection. The keys must be returned and the apartment completely vacated and cleaned before noon. No damage to the above mentioned apartment beyond normal wear and tear. The entire apartment, inclusive of but not limited to the oven, range, refrigerator (defrosted), bathrooms, closets, cabinets, floors and carpet (no spots) - is to be thoroughly cleaned. (Standard charges for these items are listed on the back of this form) All debris and rubbish must be placed in the appropriate refuse containers.
