Our 1st Association was a 22 unit Condominium building in Uptown. Since then we have added Condo & Townhome Associations in suburbs ranging from Rogers to Prior Lake and many within the twin cities area as well.
We manage Associations as small as 5 units, and our largest current project is a conversion in St. Paul.
This is a 10 building apartment complex (164 units) that we are managing as both Apartments, and an Association - as the Condo conversion happens.

Our Property Management background provides great resources for Association management. ASK has contacts in the maintenance and insurance industries that often result in significant savings to the Association. When ASK calls for the repair, improvement, or insurance need, the vendor recognizes your property as part of our much larger umbrella of owned and managed properties.
